Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Tung Tung ("we", "the site") collects when you use our games, media, built-in browser, and chat, and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: your username, a securely hashed password, and your email address. Email is used only for account verification, password reset, and login — nothing else.
• Chat content: messages you send, plus any profile details you add (bio, status, etc.).
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps — used for security, moderation, and abuse prevention.
• Usage data: pages visited and general interactions, collected in aggregate via analytics.

2. How We Use It

• To operate the service — keep you logged in, deliver messages, show who is online.
• To enforce our Terms — detect spam, ban evasion, and abuse.
• To improve features, fix bugs, and understand how the site is used.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to measure aggregate usage. Advertising and embedded third-party services (below) may also set cookies. You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time in your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services

• Analytics: Google Analytics processes usage data under its own privacy policy.
• Advertising: we may display ads served by third-party networks that can use cookies to deliver and measure ads.
• Media & embeds: games, movies, shows, anime, and music are loaded or embedded from third-party providers. When you play or watch them, those providers may collect data and set cookies under their own policies. We do not control them.
• Built-in browser: when you use the web browser tool, requests are relayed to the sites you choose to visit. We do not sell or monetize your browsing activity. Standard server logs may briefly record request metadata for security and abuse prevention.

5. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not read your DMs, except where required by law or to investigate a serious abuse or safety report.

6. Data Retention

Chat messages persist until deleted by you, a moderator, or the system's automatic cleanup. Account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us on Discord.

7. Children

This service is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text, and all traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is ever 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. Your Rights

At any time you may update your profile, delete your messages, log out, or request that your account and data be deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
